Another Clearwater baptism! Hey y'all, I hope things are going well wherever you are at. Things are going pretty well down here in the Palm Harbor area. The Lord is definitely in the details of everything we do.   This week I was able to go on another exchange with Elder Mainor and Elder Roylance in Clearwater again. They are both really cool missionaries. We were able to teach Jason the recent convert from a couple weeks ago. He is doing pretty well. We also taught 2 other lessons that night. It was a good time.   Then on Wednesday Elder Christensen's little brother got his mission call to North Dakota. He was pretty excited about that from what I hear. We also went out with a ward missionary Matt Glauss (he is going to the Phoenix Arizona mission)and taught a lady named Melinda. Matt was amazing. It was great to have him there at that lesson. We also had Brother Dillon come with us to the Birds house and also to Jeff and G’s. He has a really powerful conversion story and is ...
Group Email  Hey y'all,   Sorry I don't have a lot of time this week to email. I will try to go over the highlights real quickly though.   This Tuesday we had Elder Vern P. Stanfill of the 70 come speak to us at zone conference. He was really cool and taught us that we could call down the powers  of heaven in each of our areas. That was awesome to hear.   Then Wednesday we played Basketball with Logan Moleni for the last time. He is leaving for his mission in Tonga. I am excited for him. He is going to be a great Elder. We also had Robbi and his friend come to. That was awesome.   Thursday I went on one of many exchanges to Clearwater with Elder Mainor. We met some cool people and handed out a Book of Mormon which was awesome.   Then Elder Christensen and I met 2 really cool families that we set return appointments with. Elder Christensen also found out he will be baptizing his last Saturday on his mission. I am excited for that.   Other than that...

First Friday fun. Hey y'all,   I hope things are going well for you. Things are going pretty well in Palm Harbor.   This week was really cool. One of the highlights this week is that we were able to teach Jeff and 'G'. We were able to teach them this Friday and taught them the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It was not the best lesson I have been a part of. They did say that they would get baptized if they knew it was true so that was awesome.   We are also able to teach a man named Walt. We contacted him and left him with a pamphlet. Then about 10 minutes later he called us back to show us his Christian rapping skills which was really impressive. We taught him the Restoration and he said that we could come back and teach him. that was awesome.   We also taught a man named Scott. He said that he played basketball in an LDS league which sparked his interest. We were able to teach him the restoration and answer his great questions. He said that he would DEFINITELY read ...

Sending another missionary home.   Hey Y'all. I hope that y'all have had a great Labor day weekend. The labor day weekend for us has gone very well so hopefully it can go as well for you. On Monday, Elder Arima and I had to say goodbye to everyone in North Port. We were able to call a lot of people and see the bishop and the Beach family before they left. I was very glad that I got to say goodbye to both of them. Then the next day I had to say goodbye to Elders Arima, Eisele, and Dickey. I hope they all do well in their respective areas. I definitely learned a lot from all of them. I then met my new companion Elder Christensen. He is really cool. He is from Twin Falls Idaho and is on his last transfer. He is really smart and I am looking forward to working with him for this next transfer. He was also companions with my Trainer Elder Loy so that is cool. Then I made it to Palm Harbor which is a really cool area. There are a lot of prepared people that are very willing to talk...

Transfers tomorrow! Hey Y'all, I hope everyone is doing pretty well with the new school year starting up. I know that y'all will have a good time no matter where you are at. This week was a little slower week. We were not able to meet with a lot of the people that are interested in the church this week. One of the greatest miracles that Elder Arima and I saw was that Giuseppe was able to come to the ward party with his family and they all had a good time. The ward members down here in North Port were able to fellowship him a lot so that was a great time. We were also able to meet with Billy and Ashley this week. They are getting ready to move so it was a bit hectic when we went over there. They are feeding us dinner tonight so that will be a good time. Giovannie also had us do some service for him. We went over to his house since he was having a lot of family over there. We helped him clean out his garage and pool area which took 5 hours. It was  a long time. He also had us ...

Transfers next week Hey Y'all   How are you all doing? I hope everything is going well for y'all wherever you are. Also, good luck at school.   This week was pretty good. I got to go on exchange with Elder Eisele this week. We went to the Port Charlotte area. It was a good time. We were able to come up with a couple more ideas for finding so those should be good. I also got to try a tropical smoothie cafe for the first time which was really good.   I also got to go on my first split away from my companion. I went with Brother Bragg to visit our friend Giuseppe. Brother Bragg was amazing. He served his mission in Italy which is where Giuseppe is from so they got along very well. We were able to read 3 Nephi 11 with them and Brother Bragg invited him to church. Sadly he didn't make it this week, but hopefully this next week we can get him to come to church.   We also got to teach Shernesa again. She had been up in Sarasota for the past week so that is why we were not a...
2 Months in Florida Hello everyone,   I hope that your last week of summer for some of you has been great. I also hope that those of you who have to go to school will enjoy it when you start that again.   This last week was a slower week here in the North Port Area. We had a lot of lessons fall through on us. It is tough when that happens. I know that the Lord knows everything though and that as we strive to follow Him with "an eye single to his glory", that he will bless our efforts for our good.   We were able to meet with our friend Guisseppe again. He is a great man and is very kind . He and his wife are both open to us teaching the Gospel and we have a lesson planned for tomorrow with them. I am excited to teach them and see how the Gospel can help bless their lives.   We also met with Jedediah again this week. He is still in a rough situation, but he has been able to have a much better outlook on life because he is studying the Book of Mormon and what he says i...
