All the Driving!!!! Hey Y'all, I hope things are going well for you today. Things are going pretty well here in Brooksville. A lot of cool stuff happened even though we were always super busy. It was really cool to see the hand of the Lord in our work. I hope y'all were able to see his hand in your life as well. This week we have had to do so much driving. it is super hard not to in Brooksville. Our church building is like 25 minutes away from where we live. We had to make that trip multiple times. We also had to drive to Zone conference in Tampa, to the Toyota dealership in Wesley Chapel to get the car looked at, and to a Why I believe in Sarasota, which is 2 hours away from where we live. We have been able to see some cool miracles. One of the cool things that we have been able to do is hold an English class 3 times a week. We had a really cool person named Gisele who came this week. Crazy week in Brooksville!!!! Hey y'all, I hope things are going well for you back at home. From what I hear it is. Hopefully that is true for all y'all. Things have been pretty crazy here in Brooksville. The first thing that happened is I went on a 2 day exchange with the District leader Elder Parry! He is sweet. I am so excited to keep learning from him this transfer. We were able to have some really cool experiences finding. One was that late the first night we were together we saw this person outside and we decided to talk to him. After joking around with us he called us over and had us share a message about God with him. It was out of the blue and so cool. Then I got to clean out my 3rd apartment during my mission. Elder Criddle, the zone leader and my friend was emergency transferred to Sarasota. It was sad to see him go, But I am excited to hear how he does in Sarasota. We spent a lot of time cleaning out that apartment for 2 days. I also got a new companion Elder Sc...
BROOOOOKKKKKSSSSSVVVVVIIIIILLLLLEEEEE!!! Hey Y'all, I hope things are getting back to normal for Y'all. It has definitely done so for me. I hope Y'all have a good time with school or whatever you are doing at this point in your life. Things are going pretty well here. On Tuesday we had a pretty good day. We were able to visit with Sister White. She is doing o.K. Her and Sister Gleason have gone through some rough times together. They are both sweet people. I hope they can find a solution to their problems in the future. Later that night we were able to council with our Elders quorum presidency about the ward mission plan we are trying to put together. It was good to see their passion for the work. I am excited to keep working with them to help the work progress here. Transfers.! Hey y'all I hope things are going well for y'all. Today we got our transfer news and Elder Mainor and I are both leaving. I am headed up to Brooksville. They will not be putting Elders back in Palm Harbor. I am sad to leave Palm Harbor and the members here, but I am excited for the next challenge. The highlights for this week are: -Met Doreen, a golden investigator who I am excited to hear how teaching her goes. - Had an awesome new years dinner with the Arbogast family, their friend Evelin, and Phillip. -Played golf at the driving range for the first time with Elder Mainor. -Patrick brought Cyrus, his Mom Chandarae, and Chandaraes mom to church! Happy New Years!!! Hey Y'all, I hope that y'all had a great Christmas and that today will be a great New Year for y'all. Hopefully this year will be the greatest one yet. Things are going pretty well here in Palm Harbor. The first of the week was all Christmas stuff. We had a dinner with the Garff's with the Sister missionaries on Christmas eve. It is a fun time. We got to watch a few Christmas videos with them and it was nice. They gave us all our favorite cereal and a nice blanket. Then the next day was super packed. We had Breakfast with the sisters at the Bishop's house which was super nice. They also gave us our favorite cereal. Then we had district council which was nice. We also went to the Marcucci's house and then the Gardners for dinner. We then went to the Glausses and got to call home. That was by far my favorite part. I am so glad that I have the family I do. Merry Christmas! Hey y'all, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year this year! I hope it truly is the greatest time of year for all of you. Things are going pretty well here in the Palm Harbor area! This week has been pretty cool. One of the ideas that Elder Mainor and I had was to write a whole lot of Christmas cards for people that we are teaching or that we have previously taught. One of the coolest miracles that came out of that is we were able to get in contact with a lady that Elder Christensen found and that I had met only twice. Her name is Kelsey and she is pretty sweet. We were able to show her light the world and she invited us back in the next two weeks to share some scriptures with her. I am so excited for that. We also got to go to the temple this week. It was super nice to go back to the temple and feel the spirit that is there. I know that those buildings are the house of the Lord. Amazing Sacrament meeting! Hey Y'all, I hope things are going well for y'all. Hopefully you were able to survive finals or whatever else was thrown at you right before the Christmas break. Things are going pretty well here in the Palm Harbor area. One of the greatest things that happened this week is we had an awesome time doing a service project with the young men on Wednesday at Chad and Kris C's. It was super awesome since we were able to have a lot of young men come and fellowship the son CJ and invite him to mutual. We were also able to teach Chad and Kris C about the doctrine of the Godhead and explain to him and Kris C the promise of the Book of Mormon. Chad already believed that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are 2 separate beings which was really cool. We are excited to see them again and help them continue to receive the restored gospel.
