Miracle Week   Hey y'all, This last week has truly been full of a lot of miracles. We have met a lot of cool people out here and I am excited to keep working with them. On Tuesday I got a new companion Elder Case and he is pretty cool. He is from Meridian Idaho and has been on his mission for about 6 months now. He was serving with my old companion Elder Mainor and my trainer Elder Arima before that so that is cool. He is very good at being bold which is nice. I am excited to learn how to invite people more boldly from him. We have been able to do quite a bit of work with our recent converts recently. We were able to meet with Brother Gizzi and his family with Brother Croft and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It stared out a little rough, but by the end it went well. I am excited to keep working with him. We also met with Sherman again. He is really old and can't remember much of what we share with him, but he comes every week he can and is so sweet. He always has something t...

7 transfers 7 companions Hey y'all, I hope things are going well for you. Thanks all of you that sent me birthday wishes It has been a great birthday today. Things are going pretty well here in the Brooksville area. On Monday we got to go out to Ridge Manor on the other side of Hernando County (my area is an entire county.) I got to teach a member named Sister Richards. She has a solid testimony, but has not felt very welcome at church. I was able to promise her some blessings of coming to church and helping her that way. She came to church this week which was really exciting. I am excited to keep working with her. Then Tuesday Elder Hird was sick so we went to district council and practiced sharing the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 1 minute or less. It was a cool exercise. Then we stayed in the apartment and I read 5 chapters of the Book of Mormon. It was a good day. We also taught one of the Recent Converts named Sherman. He is a really nice older man. He has trouble r...

Pancakes and Miracles   Hey Y'all, I hope things are going well for y'all. Things are going pretty well here in Jolley ol' Brooksville. The temperature has been a chilly 80 degrees here for the past week. Hopefully y'all have been able to survive the cold wherever you are at. This week was super cool. We were able to work hard and see a lot of success. On Monday we were able to teach Michael. He is a friend of the Croft family and loves the Gospel. We were able to teach him about tithing and fast offerings and it went well. Brother Croft had a really good analogy that helped him understand what was going on. I am glad they were there to help him understand that. Then on Tuesday we went on Exchange. Elder Scoresby and I went with Elder Murray to Brooksville. The most exciting thing that happened is we were able asked by one of our recent converts Victoria to give her a blessing. We were able to go over with the Sanetra family and it was a nice blessing. Then on Thursday ...

Bonus Points   Hello everyone, I hope things have been going well for you this week. It has been an exciting one here in the Brooksville area. We have had another crazy week, but it has been fun. On Tuesday we had district council which we got practice commuting people to different commitments we frequently give during our mission. I got to go with Elder Murray for one of them and he truly cared and made me feel comfortable during our contact. I hope I can get better at that. Later that night, Elder Hird, Scoresby, and I were able to go and teach an English to a members brother from China. It was really fun. Then on Thursday everything went crazy. We took our car to be fixed in Wesley Chapel 45 minutes away from where we live. We had set it up so we could go to the mission home and have presidents interviews there and weekly planning while they fixed the car. But then the part they needed didn't come. Because of that we left the mission office after our weekly planning in a big 12 ...
