Still in North Port

Hello Everyone,

I hope things are going well for you this last week. Hopefully pioneer day was fun for all of you.

So on Tuesday we got transfer calls and I am staying in the North Port area with Elder Arima. That was good to hear. There are a lot of good people here that I am excited to teach or members that I want to get to know better.

This week we had a lot of Member meals of people wanting to say goodbye to Elder Loy. Brother Collins gave him a belt buckle and a belt to go with it when we had dinner with him that were pretty cool. Then on Thursday, Elder Arima had to drop him off in Venice since Elder Humphries was also heading home. He was a great missionary and I learned a lot from him. Hopefully things go well for him at BYU-Idaho. If any of you run into him up there, say hi for me.

Elder Arima also had a good lesson with a man named Rocky. We met him last week and taught him this last week. He is super humble. and I look forward to meeting with him again this next week.

We also met a cool man named Derek this week. He was flying his airplane by the Publix near our house. He had a question about how there were so many bibles so we were able to answer that for him and give him a Book of Mormon. Hopefully we can see him again this week and answer some more of his questions.

Other than that, this week was just another good week in the mission field. I look forward to what this next week will bring. Goo luck with whatever you decide to do as well. Talk to you more next week!
