Christmas letter 2019 

Hey Y'all,

I hope things are going pretty well for you. The past year and a half has been amazing. This has definitely been one of the best experiences of my life. There are so many great experiences that have happened. I am sure each of your missionaries feels much the same.

One of the best experiences of my mission so far was being able to see both of my recent converts at Stake conference. Both of them are super active. It was axing to talk to both of them and see how grateful they are and how happy they seem. I know that is my favorite part of being on a mission is seeing that change in people's lives.

Another great part of the mission is all of the tender mercies you see. I have found that as you do your part to fulfill the assignment that the Lord has given you that he makes up the rest. We had an experience yesterday that shows that. We were finding late at night and were not seeing any success. I then got the impression to stop by one of my friends that I had met a while back. He was busy at the time. Later that night we went to an area that we wouldn't have gone to otherwise and met a really nice Part-member family. They let us right in and we had a really great visit. It really made the rest of the night worth it. I have had so many miracles like that. I know that Heavenly Father will bless you like that as you go throughout your mission in life too. 

Finally, I would like to bear my testimony. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the Lord's church on the earth again. I know that the principles that it teaches bring lasting happiness. Most of all I know that there is a loving Heavenly Father who cares about each of us and wants the best for all of us. He is ready to bless us at any time. All we have to do is ask and be worthy. His son Jesus Christ is there for each of us. I know he died on the cross and suffered for us. I know that if you do as John directs in John 7:17 you will know what doctrine is from the Father and what isn't. I hope you will all continue to take that challenge in your life. I say these things in the Name of Jesus Christ amen.

Thanksgiving and Transfers!!!   Hey y'all! Hopefully Thanksgiving went well for y'all. I know that it went well for us here in the Palm Harbor area.   This last week has been full of miracles. I have gained a surety this week that Heavenly Father is aware of me and everyone and that he truly is in the details of our lives. Multiple times this week Elder Mainor and I have received promptings on where to go and miracles have occurred. One of them is we felt like we should go to a neighborhood with a couple of people that we could stop by, but would most likely not be home. One of the people was Walt. He is always busy and the last 3 times we have tried to contact him it has not gone well. Then on Saturday he was supposed to work all day for one person and he finished early. That is how we were able to see him in his garage and talk to him. He was very kind and had us give him a couple of chapters to read from the Book of Mormon.   "I'LL BE HOME FOR (EASTER)" Hey Y'all,   Wow, this is it. My final weekly and final day in the Tampa Florida mission. Time really has flown by. I never thought I would get to this day. I have enjoyed every second of it though in retrospect at least.   So this week was pretty slow. We have had some good things happen. One exciting thing we have been able to do is reach out to some of the members who are less active. We had a man named Brother Mercer. He originally was a little weirded out by our call, but we were able to share a quick message with him and he wanted us to call him back. I hope Elder Memmott can help him well.   We also got to go to Tampa a few times this week which was nice. Elder Porter needed to train the next technology specialist so I got to go on a couple day exchanges with the Carrollwood Elders.
