Pray for Brandy

Hey Y'all,


I hope things are going well for you. We had a pretty good week. I hope that things go well for you and that you enjoy whatever else you have going today.


The start of the week was good since it was my birthday on Tuesday. I celebrated by giving a training at district council about planning a birthday party and going to a sushi buffet. It was an awesome time. My siblings sent me a great package full of tattoos and other fun party stuff. Elder Leavitt and I had a lit party that night.


One thing that has been cool recently is we are meeting with our friend Stephen almost daily and reading the Book of Mormon and it has been going really well. He said that he got more out of our first time just reading the Book of Mormon with him than the entire time he had been meeting with missionaries before.


Our friend Brandy is also doing well. We haven't with her a lot this week and she is ready for baptism. She wasn't able to make it to church yesterday because of her sons birthday party, but it went well. We met with her that day and she is definitely getting pumped. We have also been helping her fiance and even drove 2 hours round trip to Hudson to pick up a pool with him. I hope they continue to do well.


We've also been doing a lot of service with Sister Wagner. She has needed some help cleaning out the outside of her house, but that has gone well. We had a fun time there and will be helping her out more this next week.


That has been about all we have done this week. I am looking forward to continuing to help my friends here in Dade City come closer to Christ. If y'all could please keep Brandy in your prayers this week that would be great. I hope that you all have some fun adventures this week and good luck and God Bless!

Thanksgiving and Transfers!!!   Hey y'all! Hopefully Thanksgiving went well for y'all. I know that it went well for us here in the Palm Harbor area.   This last week has been full of miracles. I have gained a surety this week that Heavenly Father is aware of me and everyone and that he truly is in the details of our lives. Multiple times this week Elder Mainor and I have received promptings on where to go and miracles have occurred. One of them is we felt like we should go to a neighborhood with a couple of people that we could stop by, but would most likely not be home. One of the people was Walt. He is always busy and the last 3 times we have tried to contact him it has not gone well. Then on Saturday he was supposed to work all day for one person and he finished early.   "I'LL BE HOME FOR (EASTER)" Hey Y'all,   Wow, this is it. My final weekly and final day in the Tampa Florida mission. Time really has flown by. I never thought I would get to this day. I have enjoyed every second of it though in retrospect at least.   So this week was pretty slow. We have had some good things happen. One exciting thing we have been able to do is reach out to some of the members who are less active. We had a man named Brother Mercer. He originally was a little weirded out by our call, but we were able to share a quick message with him and he wanted us to call him back. I hope Elder Memmott can help him well.   We also got to go to Tampa a few times this week which was nice. Elder Porter needed to train the next technology specialist so I got to go on a couple day exchanges with the Carrollwood Elders.
