I love to see the Temple

Hey Y'all, 


I hope things are going well for Y'all. Christmas is in only a few days. I hope that you enjoy that wherever you are going to celebrate. I get to celebrate it with one of my recent converts so I am pretty ecstatic. 


This last week was pretty good. On Tuesday we were able to go on exchange with the Gulf Port Elders. They both came to our area and it was a blast. I went with Elder Scott and we were able to have a good lesson with Sister Black. She is an elderly Lady that lives in the complex next door to ours. We showed her the Christ Child and she was very grateful since the last time she watched her audio wasn't working so she was relieved to find out that she wasn't missing any important commentary in there. I was glad we could help her in that way. 


We also had a good visit with Sister Dessi. She is a part Member family in the area who hasn't been to church in awhile. She was very nice, but has some health problems that keep her from coming to church. I hope I can find a way to help her come back to church. 


Then Friday was the trip to the temple and Zone Conference. Recently life has been pretty difficult for me. I have had a lot of stress about how to help the area and wanting to be better than I was and it was really wearing me down. It was so good to be back in the temple and feel the strength that comes from there. I am so excited to go more frequently  when I get home. I encourage any of you who can to go as frequently as you can. 


Other than that it was a pretty normal week. Today was fun since I got to go fishing and caught a little grouper and a grunt. It was nice to go again with Brother Gjoligu. He is a great man. I am excited to hopefully go with him again next week. Until then I hope that y'all have a great week and God Bless!

Thanksgiving and Transfers!!!   Hey y'all! Hopefully Thanksgiving went well for y'all. I know that it went well for us here in the Palm Harbor area.   This last week has been full of miracles. I have gained a surety this week that Heavenly Father is aware of me and everyone and that he truly is in the details of our lives. Multiple times this week Elder Mainor and I have received promptings on where to go and miracles have occurred. One of them is we felt like we should go to a neighborhood with a couple of people that we could stop by, but would most likely not be home. One of the people was Walt. He is always busy and the last 3 times we have tried to contact him it has not gone well. Then on Saturday he was supposed to work all day for one person and he finished early. That is how we were able to see him in his garage and talk to him. He was very kind and had us give him a couple of chapters to read from the Book of Mormon.   "I'LL BE HOME FOR (EASTER)" Hey Y'all,   Wow, this is it. My final weekly and final day in the Tampa Florida mission. Time really has flown by. I never thought I would get to this day. I have enjoyed every second of it though in retrospect at least.   So this week was pretty slow. We have had some good things happen. One exciting thing we have been able to do is reach out to some of the members who are less active. We had a man named Brother Mercer. He originally was a little weirded out by our call, but we were able to share a quick message with him and he wanted us to call him back. I hope Elder Memmott can help him well.   We also got to go to Tampa a few times this week which was nice. Elder Porter needed to train the next technology specialist so I got to go on a couple day exchanges with the Carrollwood Elders.
