Transfers, Stake Conference, and exchanges 

Hey Y'all,

Things are going pretty well here. It was an exciting week full of a lot of miracles. I hope each of you saw some miracles this week as well.


On Tuesday we had an awesome training from Elder Knell on the doctrine of Christ. He shared 49 scriptures and it was awesome. Afterwards we were able to have a good exchange with Gulfport. I went with Elder Allen and it was a good exchange. We were able to play some good basketball and got to visit the Brownell's. We were going to visit the next day, but they didn't respond. We will see them soon. 


Then on Wednesday we tried to have a good Book of Mormon class with the Seminole 2 elders, but only 2 people came. We had a good conversation with a member about how to do member work. 


On Thursday we had interviews with President Hollingsworth. He gave me some advice on how to study the Atonement. Later I went on exchange in St. Pete with Elder  and bashed with a man named Gary about that for 2 hours. It was a good exchange. 


Then this weekend we had Stake conference. We were able to receive a lot of Good talks on come follow me and how it has helped each organization.

I was able to have both of my recent converts there and get to say hi to a lot of members from the Palm Harbor ward. It was a great couple of days. We also had dinner with Sophia yesterday and had a testimony meeting with the family. It was awesome to hear her testimony. We also found out that she handed out a Book of Mormon to one of her friends who has read it daily, is coming to church this Sunday, and has a desire to be baptized. I am excited to meet her and I am so proud of Sophia. She is already a better missionary than me. 


Then today was fun. I found out that I will be staying in Seminole 1 and receiving Elder Rankin. I am excited to keep working hard in the area and help others come closer to Christ. It will be a good time. I hope you all have a good week. Until next time, good luck and God Bless!

Thanksgiving and Transfers!!!   Hey y'all! Hopefully Thanksgiving went well for y'all. I know that it went well for us here in the Palm Harbor area.   This last week has been full of miracles. I have gained a surety this week that Heavenly Father is aware of me and everyone and that he truly is in the details of our lives. Multiple times this week Elder Mainor and I have received promptings on where to go and miracles have occurred. One of them is we felt like we should go to a neighborhood with a couple of people that we could stop by, but would most likely not be home. One of the people was Walt. He is always busy and the last 3 times we have tried to contact him it has not gone well. Then on Saturday he was supposed to work all day for one person and he finished early. That is how we were able to see him in his garage and talk to him. He was very kind and had us give him a couple of chapters to read from the Book of Mormon.   "I'LL BE HOME FOR (EASTER)" Hey Y'all,   Wow, this is it. My final weekly and final day in the Tampa Florida mission. Time really has flown by. I never thought I would get to this day. I have enjoyed every second of it though in retrospect at least.   So this week was pretty slow. We have had some good things happen. One exciting thing we have been able to do is reach out to some of the members who are less active. We had a man named Brother Mercer. He originally was a little weirded out by our call, but we were able to share a quick message with him and he wanted us to call him back. I hope Elder Memmott can help him well.   We also got to go to Tampa a few times this week which was nice. Elder Porter needed to train the next technology specialist so I got to go on a couple day exchanges with the Carrollwood Elders.
